Organic eggplant hummus

The hummus has as its main ingredient the aubergine produced on the farm and as a second ingredient the cooked Mallorcan chickpea. We also use olive oil and cumin powder which gives it a very characteristic flavor. The incorporation of the seeds of the eggplant also gives it a special texture. It is a salty, spreadable product, normally eaten as an appetizer, to "dip" with vegetable crudités or salty snacks, corn triangles, oil crackers, etc. It can also be incorporated into the kitchen, as a substitute for avocados or similar to toast, to dress salads or create sauces with the product as a base.

Once opened, keep cold and consume within 5 days.
