Blanc de Blancs 2022 Macià Batle - 75 cl.

Wine made with a selection of Prensal grapes, traditional variety of Mallorca, also known as Moll, Chadornnnay and Moscatel de grano menudo resulting in a wine that surprises with its aromas and flavors.

Prensal 49%, Chadornnay 49% and Moscatel 2%.

The Prensal Blanc grape harvest takes place in mid-September. The Chadornnay and Muscat grapes were picked earlier, in mid-August.

The extraction of the must is carried out by pneumatic presses, thus limiting the pressure at which the flower must is obtained.

Once the impurities of the must have been removed, fermentation begins with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature, not exceeding 17ºC.

Tasting Notes

Color: Yellow with greenish reflections. Clean and shiny appearance,

Aroma: Varietal aromas, notes of white fruit, apple, banana, peach, tropical fruits such as pineapple and citrus fruits such as grapefruit. Light floral and herbaceous notes such as fennel.

Palate: In mouths it is intense, unctuous, tasty, fresh, balanced and persistent.

Serve maximum temperature at 8º C to enhance its organoleptic characteristics.

Contains sulfites.
