Distillate of wine aged in Ancient Oak Barrels, and foudres, by the solera system in 500-litre casks (moldboard, criadera and solera).
Brandy with more than 10 years of reserve. Our family had been dedicated to winemaking in the village of Llubí (Mallorca) since time immemorial, but the phylloxera plague devastated Europe and our ancestors gave up wine and dedicated themselves fully to the manufacture of liqueurs. That is why we say that our House was founded in 1882, because it was this year that, definitively, the liquor began to be made and the wine was left aside. That same year the first batches of brandy, then called cognac, were released, as well as rum, the Bendito liqueur and a long etcetera, including dry anise (called cazalla at that time). Production continued in Llubí, the winery was left and two houses were bought that became a factory until 1940, for reasons of expansion, it was moved to Palma. During 1999 we moved to Calvià to new facilities designed expressly for the winery and factory. Today we make our liqueurs in an artisanal way, faithfully following the traditional recipes of our ancestors.
