Butifarrón CRUCIBLE

We produce our sausages following the tradition rooted in our land and the traditional formula inherited from our grandfather, founder of the company. That is why they are 100% natural, without additives and free of allergens. They do not contain gluten or lactose.

Product made with lean meat and pork jowls crushed in 8 mm plates, kneaded with spices, stuffed in narrow pork casing of caliber 32/34mm. Pasteurized product, vacuum packed and treated with high hydrostatic pressures (HPP).

Consume roasted or raw, in the latter case, for a better flavor, it is recommended to remove the outer layer (tripe)

Product ready for consumption, without the need for extra culinary operation, although traditionally it is consumed cooked on a griddle or grilled.

Product suitable for celiac and lactose intolerant people.

Store refrigerated (0 to 7 °C). Once opened consume in 7 days.
