We produce our sausages following the tradition rooted in our land and the traditional formula inherited from our grandfather, founder of the company. That is why they are 100% natural, without additives and free of allergens. They do not contain gluten or lactose.

Product made with goat meat, lean meat and pork jowls crushed in plates of 22 mm and 13 mm, kneaded with spices, stuffed in pork skin with mesh. Pasteurized product, vacuum packed and treated with high hydrostatic pressures (HPP).

Consume roasted or raw, in the latter case, for a better flavor, it is recommended to remove the outer layer.

Product ready for consumption, without the need for extra culinary operation, although it can also be consumed cooked on a griddle or grilled.

Product suitable for celiac and lactose intolerant people.

Store refrigerated (0 to 7 °C). Once opened consume in 7 days.
