Organic onion confit Ses Terres

It is already a classic in gastronomy. It is an organic jam made with onions produced on the same farm, cooked over low heat with olive oil and whole cane sugar. Vinegar gives it an acidic and delicate taste. A simple recipe with natural ingredients and without additives or preservatives. Ideal to accompany all kinds of dishes, rice, pasta, meat and cheeses. It also pairs very well with sandwiches and burgers, both meat and vegetables. It can be eaten directly or incorporated into the cooking of other dishes.
