Harvest selected during the second half of September and the first days of October.

Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.

Tasting notes: Consumption temperature 16-18ºC.

View: We find a cherry red with tile reflections, deep and bright.

Nose: It begins predominating the computed red fruit and evolves towards menthol, spaced and roasted notes (cocoa, butter). It ends with a slight mineral aroma characteristic of this vineyard by the sea.

Palate: It is presented as a silky, voluminous wine, with sharp but refreshing acidity. It has a long ending.
