Organic eggplant jam

It is an organic jam made with aubergines produced on the same farm, of the purple, striped and green varieties, matured in the sun of Mallorca. All with a hint of cinnamon. A simple recipe with natural ingredients and without additives or preservatives. Ideal to accompany all kinds of dishes, rice, pasta, meat and cheeses. Spreadable texture and delicate taste.

It comes packaged in a glass jar. Format 100 or 240 grams.

Ingredients: eggplant*, semi-whole cane sugar*, lemon*, cinnamon*.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.

Store in a cool place and protect from light.
