Organic jam of roasted peppers

It is an organic jam made with peppers produced on the same farm, of the Italian variety, matured in the sun of Mallorca. A simple recipe with natural ingredients and without additives or preservatives. Ideal to accompany all kinds of dishes, rice, pasta, etc. And especially meat and fish. It attracts for its aroma and toasted taste. Tea will surprise.
