Red wine - To the eye it shows a cherry red color with a cherry rim, clean and bright.

On the nose it is intense with aromas of ripe forest fruit of black cherries and currants, as well as spicy notes of liquorice and cloves on a mineral background. The notes of wood stand out with nuances of vanilla, cinnamon and smoked as a result of its stay in barrel for 19 months.

On the palate its entry is liqueur and balsamic, with a well-balanced acidity, as well as the fruity notes and toasted notes of the barrel. On the palate it is mineral, spicy and fine.

It will evolve favorably for 10 years.
