The Herbes Seques are made from the maceration of dried anise with various plants native to Mallorca, such as orange leaf, lemon balm, lemon grass, fennel, mint, rosemary, marjoram, linden, chamomile and lemon leaf, following the traditional recipe inherited from generation to generation since 1882.
