Rosé sparkling wine made with the Mallorcan variety Callet, according to the ancestral method.

ELABORATION

Manual harvest of own vines and selection of the grapes in the winery cluster by cluster. The Callet is gently pressed obtaining a very subtle color and pleasant aromas of fresh red fruit. Fermentation then begins in stainless steel tanks until the sugars decrease to about 20 g/L. It is then when it is bottled so that fermentation in the bottle ends and thus obtains the characteristic gas, due to the action of the yeasts.

TASTING NOTES

- View: Light pink with orange reflections. Clean and bright, with very fine bubbles.

- Nose: Soft aromas of fresh red fruit accompanied by hints of cream brioche due to aging with yeasts.

- Mouth: Soft, fresh, refreshing and with very well integrated fine bubbles.

- Pairing: Very versatile, not only with desserts but can accompany us throughout the meal.
