Febrer White

From ageing in a natural cement tank and in barrels, we have made a wine that travels from minerals to syrups and creaminess. A very special white wine, to be enjoyed with peace of mind.

ELABORATION:

Fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.

Ageing time: 60% 12 months in ovoid natural cement deposits on their own lees with weekly battonage; 30% 12 months in 500l French oak barrels.

Bottle ageing time: a minimum of 12 months.

IGP Vi de la Terra de Mallorca.

12.5% Alcohol.

Varieties: Chardonnay, Riesling, Giró Ros and Moscatel.

TASTING:

- Color: Between straw yellow and golden with green reflections, clean and bright.

- Aromas: High/medium intensity, main notes of lemon cream, stone fruit and fennel, background with hints of toasted butter, pastry and lime.

- Taste: Wide entry with medium body, medium/high acidity and pastry aftertaste.
