Fried Mallorcan 400 gr

Typical Mallorcan dish, traditionally made from meat, roast, liver, vegetables and potatoes.

It is a recipe that involves a lot of elaboration work.

It is important to refrigerate between 0 and 4 ºC, it has an expiration of 21 days. Once the container is opened, its expiration is 48 hours.

To be consumed it must be heated to more than 75ºC for 5 minutes. It can be heated in the microwave or in a pan or saucepan.
