Bé de Sal

Bé de Sal, is a traditional Mallorcan cuisine company founded in 2005, our facilities were initially located in Porreres and we are currently in Manacor.

The idea arose because nowadays our traditions are being lost, our dishes take preparation work and people do not have time to cook, so our products are very comfortable for consumers because you just have to heat and eat.

We are dedicated to the elaboration of elaborate dishes maintaining the traditional Mallorcan recipe using raw material from our land.

Our products can be purchased in different supermarkets and hypermarkets on the island.

As we have already explained before, the elaboration of our products is carried out maintaining the traditional recipe.

We use raw material from our land and elaborate the product.

Once elaborated, we proceed to cool it in a blast chiller until it reaches a temperature of 3ºC, then proceed to the packaging of the product in order to maintain its quality and flavor during the 21 days after its preparation.

This packaging system assures the customer that the product does not stand any of its properties and when it reaches the consumer it will look freshly made.

The consumer only has to heat it in an oven or microwave and he will have it ready to eat.
