This gin pays homage to the nineteenth-century style of gin.

We have let our flagship gin, La Vermella, rest for 10 months in oak barrels previously used to make Mallorcan red wine. A great gin to drink pure without mixing it, although it also combines perfectly with vermouths and bitter liqueurs.

Botanicals: Orange (bitter orange, navel and canoneta), lemon, tangerine and juniper, 20 g / L of residual sugar, rested in oak barrels. It is an unfiltered gin, so as not to lose the aromas coming from the wood, so it may contain some sediments.
