One summer night in 2018 two friends, both master craftsmen, one culinary and the other alchemist, having a Gin and Tonic, on a terrace in the center of the city of Palma, comment on how they could take advantage of their long professional experience to unite these two professions and the result has been to "cook" this unique Juniper-based Gin, citrus and spicy with a saffron grown on the island of Mallorca, very typical in Mallorcan gastronomy.
