Organic beet hummus

Our hummus has as its main ingredient the beetroot produced on the farm and as a second ingredient the cooked Mallorcan chickpea. We also use olive oil and cumin powder which gives it a very characteristic flavor. It is a spectacular deep purple color. It is a salty, spreadable product, usually eaten as an appetizer, to "dip" with vegetable cruditas or salty snacks, Indian wheat triangles, oil crackers, etc. It can also be incorporated into the kitchen, as a substitute for lawyers or similar to toast, to dress salads or create sauces with the product as a base.

Once opened, keep cold and consume within 5 days.
