COLOUR

Straw yellow with new gold reflections.

AROMA

Complex and intense. Aromas of ripe fruit, syrup, jams and very floral. We also find mineral notes and a smoky background.

TASTE

Clean, fresh. Very good acidity. Structured and creamy. Dry and mineral finish.

HISTORY

Its ombre comes from the small valley in the Es Fangar finfa called Son Cortinello. A name that refers to the old "Cortinello" measure of wine. Used since 1527, it represents a quantity of 6.5 liters.
