Macia Batle Rosado

This Rosé Wine is produced through a careful process in which the Mantonegro, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are destemmed and subjected to a gentle pressing and then carried out a temperature-controlled maceration. The wine then rests for 4 months in stainless steel tanks, accompanied by its lees, before going through a filtering process and being bottled.

Visual phase:

It comes with an attractive cherry pink color, with violet sparkles. It is a clean wine with great brilliance.

Olfactory phase:

On the nose, intense aromas of red fruits, especially strawberries, stand out, complemented by a subtle herbaceous touch.

Taste phase:

On the palate, it offers a fresh and smooth entry. The red fruit flavors remain present, providing a very pleasant experience, along with a perfectly balanced acidity.

Pairing Note:

Ideal to accompany white meats, fish and fresh summer salads.
