Macia Batle Red Vintage

Vintage Red Wine is made with Manto Negro, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah grapes harvested from vineyards located in clay and calcareous soils. After harvesting, the must ferments at a controlled temperature in tanks. The wine then rests for 2 months in French oak barrels, which gives it the desired aromatic and flavour nuances.

It has an intense red color with violet edges, showing a clean and bright appearance.

On the nose, the aromas of berries stand out, which are combined with a subtle spicy background.

Taste phase:

On the palate, it offers a fresh attack that reflects its youth. Notes of berries are perceived, with a well-integrated acidity and a medium persistence.

It is ideal to accompany grilled meats, stews, and game rice.
