Jordi Perelló Distillery Brands 

- We have been making artisanal liqueurs since 1882 in

, following traditional recipes. Our brands:

 3 Caires, Prohibido, Hierbas de Mallorca and Garrot.

Our family's liqueur tradition began in 1882, when we left winemaking after the phylloxera plague to devote ourselves fully to the manufacture of 

in Llubí, Mallorca. Since then, we have followed ancestral recipes to create products such as brandy, rum, dried anise and others. In 1999, we moved to modern facilities in Calvià, where we maintain artisanal production with our brands.

Made with long maceration of herbs, (minimum 60 days) harvested on the day of San Joan, at dawn. They are then mixed with an anise distillate, made in centuries-old stills, with selected seeds of 1st quality, sugar and agricultural alcohol. These herbs are elaborated, as was done in the past at Ses Cases de Possesio, and per sa madonna.
