Harvest selected at the end of August, when the grapes are in their perfect state of ripeness. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. Small aging on lees before bottling.

Consumption temperature 10-12 ºC.

Tasting notes

Appearance: Pale gold color. A clean and bright wine.

Nose: A very aromatic wine with primary fruity aromas (melon, lemon and apricot) and floral (apple flower). It has lactic secondary aromas (yeast). All this is accompanied by an aroma of mineral background, characteristic of the Sa Bassa Plana estate, due to its proximity to the sea.

Palate: Fresh and sweet attack, with well-integrated acidity that gives rise to a graceful and lively palate.
