FERRERICO ECOLOGICAL FIRST AID BOX

Ecological Botifarrón.

Our butifarrones are made with the viscera of our pigs from which the other sausage products are also produced (sobrasadas, sausages, camaiot ..).

Its elaboration is made from the fine crushing of the viscera.

The weighing, chopping of raw material is carried out to later make the mixture with the spices, the next step is the sausage of the pasta in the casing and finally the cooking of these.

Being a cooked and uncured product can be consumed at the moment, it can also be cooked in different ways (fried, grilled ..)

It can be used both for cold dishes type Pa Amb oli, or it is an excellent product to add in recipes of typical Mallorcan cuisine see Frito Mallorquín, Caracoles, Sopes Mallorquines, Cocido de lentejas .. leaving in these dishes a very characteristic flavor.

Conservation. It must be stored in a refrigerator.
