Olive trees

The Son Matge estate is an agricultural estate located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana, in the municipality of Valldemossa. It is mainly dedicated to the production of extra virgin olive oil, protected by the DO Oli de Mallorca. 

The olive trees of Son Matge are located on terraces, given this difficulty, all the olive harvesting has to be done manually, since no machine passes.

The varieties we have on the farm are Mallorquina and Picual.

250ml Aluminum Can with extra virgin oil of the Picual and Mallorcan varieties protected by the PDO Oli de Mallorca.

The olives come from the terraces of the Sierra de Tramuntana World Heritage, the harvest is done manually and in an artisanal way.

It has aromas of almonds, apple, platone, grass with hints of nuts.

On the palate it is somewhat sweet with light bitterness and light picate.

It is recommended once opened to consume in 4 months.

It is recommended to keep it in a dark place.
