Organic pumpkin hummus

Our hummus has as its main ingredient the pumpkin produced on the farm and as a second ingredient the cooked Mallorcan chickpea. We also use olive oil and traditional "tap de cortí" paprika from Mallorca that together with garlic gives it a very powerful flavor. It is a salty, spreadable product, normally eaten as an appetizer, to "dip" with vegetable crudites or salty snacks, corn triangles, oil crackers, etc. It can also be incorporated into the kitchen, as a substitute for avocados or similar to toast, to dress salads or create sauces with the product as a base.

Once opened, keep in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
