Origins - white wine

As a result of recovering the Mallorcan tradition, this fresh and light wine is derived from the native varieties Malvasía and Giró Ros.

ELABORATION:

Manual harvesting in 12 kg boxes and selection of grapes in the vineyard itself. Delicate destemming and second selection of grapes. Light pressing in an inert press with carbon dioxide. Static racking in isothermal tanks at 24-48 h and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a temperature-controlled cooling jacket. Battonage of fine lees for 5 months.

IGP Vi de la Terra de Mallorca.

Varieties: Malvasía and Giró Ros.

12% alcohol.

TASTING:

- Color: Straw yellow with green reflections, clean and bright.

- Aromas: Medium intensity with aromas of ripe white fruits such as apple and pear. In the background we notice stone fruits such as peaches accompanied by some smoky touches.

- Taste: Soft and fresh entry, with medium acidity and body. Final

light and delicate.
