Palm Gin

Gin Palma is distilled with local wildflowers and fresh citrus fruits, from the fields of Mallorca. The result is a fresh, dry and citrusy gin with a very smooth and delicate finish.

The main flavour comes from Mallorcan juniper berries that capture the subtle essence of the Mediterranean Sea. Almond blossoms, picked once a year before spring, combined with orange and lavender leaves, create a delicate floral and sweet aroma. These botanicals, along with our main ingredients, enhance the depth of flavours that are conveyed through the gin and bring a full flavour that is true to the island of Mallorca.
