The distillery is committed to the island and its environment. They work with Mallorcan farmers, allowing the natural flavours of Mallorca to be represented in every bottle. These botanicals reflect its spirit in each distillation, giving a taste of this precious island in each bottle.

Since the inception of Mallorca Distillery, it has focused on implementing key actions to reduce our environmental impact as much as possible and positively add value to the island we proudly call home. We work closely with local organic farmers in Mallorca to source the highest quality organic botanicals. In addition, we use fully reusable glass and sustainable packaging, and we remain on a constant search for new ways to further minimize our environmental footprint.

The Distillery

In June 2018, Mallorca Distillery proudly opened its doors, marking the beginning of a beautiful journey to create something truly remarkable: the island's first organic and artisanal distillery in the heart of Palma de Mallorca. In our distillery you will find a 500L copper still made in Spain, which we use to make award-winning organic spirits. We believe that every drop is important, so we pay special attention and care to each distillation, ensuring an unparalleled focus on quality. Our drinks are made with passion and dedication, and we're proud to share them with the world.

The Bottle

The design of the bottle was inspired by the traditional Mallorcan tiles known as "hydraulic flooring" which are handmade by a local family business operating in Mallorca for more than 80 years. It took us over 10 months to complete the label design, and only organic inks are used to print them on our bottles, resulting in a recyclable and environmentally friendly product.

The Logo

Our logo is inspired by the impressive rose window of La Seu Cathedral in Palma de Mallorca, one of the most spectacular Gothic cathedrals in Europe. The window commemorates Mallorca's heritage and is said to be a symbol of hope and beauty.
