Palm Spiced Gin

Gin Palma Spiced is a contemporary gin with a twist on the original Gin Palma recipe. It is a very pleasant gin with notes of oak and wine.

The flavour profile of our Palma Spiced Gin is created by ageing the gin in oak barrels of organic Mallorcan red wine, where it rests with aromatic spices such as cinnamon, vanilla and cloves. The result is a complex gin full of flavour that pushes the boundaries of tradition, giving a taste of the island in every bottle.

Tasting notes

A rich, warm and sweet contemporary gin with notes of oak-flavoured wine.

- Smell: full of aromas of cinnamon and candied orange peel, and with hints of sweet vanilla, cardamom and cloves.

- Palate: deep and complex blend of spices and vanilla intertwined with a slight citrus freshness.

- Finish: A sweet fruittart, oaky flavor with notes of red wine barrel used for brief maturation.

- Mouthfeel: pepper-based warmth.
