Tasting sheet: Pale red color with orange tones. It is a very aromatic wine with primary fruity aromas (strawberry, red fruits, blackberry and brevas) and floral (rose and almond blossom). It has lactic secondary aromas (yeast). In the mouth it is a balanced and structured wine, with a lot of freshness on the way in. It has a long and persistent finish with a retronasal where ripe strawberries, raspberry and a mineral/saline nuance can be perceived.

Pairing: Wine recommended to pair with rice, seafood, fish.
