Premium rosé sangria made with Mallorca wine and Sóller oranges.

ELABORATION

From red wine from Mantonegro and Callet from our own vineyards in Santa Maria del Camí and from orange juice from Mallorca we make this sangria. Natural spices such as cinnamon stick, cardamom and whole cloves are added to this preparation. After the right maceration, it is filtered and bottled, preserving all its aroma and flavor. A great combination of two Mallorcan products.

TASTING NOTES

- View: Intense pink with purple reflections. Clean and bright.

- Nose: Soft aromas of red fruit accompanied by hints of cinnamon, cloves and cardamom.

- Palate: Soft, refreshing and with a pleasant memory of squeezed oranges, with acidic touches typical of wine.

- Pairing: Very versatile, although it is ideal to start the meal or simply as an appetizer with some potatoes and olives.
