AROMA

Expressive, frank in aromas. Ripe green fruit, apricots, quince. Some citrus. Fine spices such as vanilla. Scrubland. Balsamic. Notes of pastry from its aging on lees.

TASTE

Spacious, fresh. Very good acidity. Structured. Pleasant and complex. Long aftertaste with dry finish.

HISTORY

Its name "SA FITA" is an allusion to the Mallorcan word "fita", especially known for its use in hiking where a fita is a sign made of stacked stones, indicating the boundary of a piece of land or the direction to follow.
