Sobrasada made with fresh Duroc pork of natural fattening, traditional and certified, stuffed and cured in natural pork casing for a minimum of 28 days.

The sobrasada of Mallorca has a high energy and nutritional value. Paprika, in addition to intervening in the flavor, acts as a natural preservative.

Preserve from direct light. Store fresh (0 to 17ºC) and dry.

Cut to suit the consumer, remove outer layer (gut) and consume directly.

Product ready for consumption, without the need for extra culinary operation, although it can also be consumed cooked.
