Sobrasada made with Mallorcan crossbred pork and Tap de Cortí paprika, stuffed in natural casing and subjected to a minimum curing process of 56 days, which guarantees its texture and aromatic development.

Mallorcan sobrasada has a high energy and nutritional value. Paprika, in addition to providing its characteristic flavor and color, acts as a natural preservative within the traditional production process.

Preserve from direct light. Store in a cool (between 0 and 22 ºC) and dry place.

Cut to the consumer's taste, remove the outer layer (casing) and consume directly. Ready-to-eat product, no need for additional culinary treatment. Ideal to enjoy on rustic bread, in traditional tapas or as an ingredient that adds character to Mediterranean dishes.

Suitable for celiac people and for lactose intolerant people, as it is gluten and lactose free.
