We make Mallorcan sausages in an artisan way - 

 is a family business dedicated to the production of Mallorcan artisan sausage. 

We are producers of sobrassada, botifarrón, camaiot and varia, among other products.

 - We raise our animals in freedom and without feed.

- We use quality raw materials and without additives.

 - The process of making the sausage is handmade.

Ingredients: Mallorcan black pork.  Bacon with antioxidants (E-321 and E-320) and lean. 

Sweet sobrasada spices: sweet paprika, salt and pepper. 

Spicy sobrasada spices: sweet paprika, hot paprika, salt and pepper. 

It is stuffed in natural pork casing. Minimum cure 60 days.
