Aged for 8 months in French oak barrels of different volumes, the Son P combines the international Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties with the native Callet and Manto Negro varieties.

COLOR

Aged in barrels for 8 months. Garnet red color, with a deep cherry rim. Medium layer. Clean and bright.

AROMA

Medium high aromatic intensity with notes of ripe red fruit. Slight notes of fig jam. Herbaceous memories. Pleasant fragrances of roasted almond, burnt sugar.

TASTE

Warm and fleshy on the palate. Present but elegant tannin.

The "SON P" is our tribute to Son Prohens - the land and roots of the vineyards of Es Fangar and the origin of our wines. Son P represents both the place and the people, a wine that carries the legacy of its land.
