Spring honey from Tramuntana

Honey collected in the Tramuntana mountains between May and June.

Flowering predominantly gamón, thistle and rosemary.

It is a raw, unpasteurized honey, so it can crystallize as a natural process. As it does not suffer heating, the aroma, flavor and its healthy properties remain intact.

Store in a cool place away from sunlight. It can be refrigerated.

Not recommended for use in children under 1 year.
