The Herbes Dolces are made from the maceration of anise with various aromatic plants native to Mallorca.

Such as orange leaf, lemon balm, lemon verbena, fennel, mint, rosemary, marjoram, linden, chamomile and lemon leaf.

Dos Perellons preserves the old recipe that has been passed down from generation to generation since 1882, when the company was created.
