We produce our sausages following the tradition rooted in our land and the traditional formula inherited from our grandfather, founder of the company. That's why they're 100% natural, additive-free and allergen-free. They are gluten and lactose free.

Product made with lean meat and pork jowl crushed on a 13 mm plate, kneaded with spices, stuffed into blind pork casing. Pasteurized product, vacuum-packed and treated with high hydrostatic pressures (HPP).

Consume roasted or raw, in the latter case, for a better flavor, it is recommended to remove the outer layer.

Ready-to-eat product, without the need for extra culinary operation, although it can also be eaten cooked on a griddle or grilled.

Product suitable for people with celiac disease and lactose intolerance.

Store refrigerated (0 to 7 ºC). Once opened, consume within 7 days.
