Veritas Roig

Veritas Roig is a pale rosé wine, based mainly on the native Mantonegro and Moll variety. It is refreshing and has a Mediterranean character, with subtle fruity and floral notes. Its light pink hue evokes delicacy, making it ideal for moments of relaxation and light pairings.

ELABORATION

The harvest of the varieties that make up this wine is carried out manually during the second half of September and usually first thing in the morning, as this ensures that the temperature of the grapes is lower when they enter the winery. Once harvested, they are kept in cold rooms at 0ºC. After removing the stems and a slight crushing of the grape grain, a brief skin maceration of approximately one hour is carried out, with the aim of limiting the extraction of colouring matter and achieving this very pale pinkish colour. The subsequent fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature in order to preserve the aromatic components.

Perfumed and persistent nose, with aromas of rose petals, white fruit and sensations of strawberry and citrus fruits, highlighting the orange. Light, fresh and balanced. Long and intense aromatic persistence.

Serve between 4 and 6ºC.
