This most classic vermouth with Mallorcan character is born from the native Premsal grape planted by 7103 Petit Celler, which macerates for months with 19 botanicals selected by La Vermutera.

ELABORATION

The wine is made with Premsal Blanc grapes from their own vineyards. After the first winter, the formula of white vermouth herbs is added, resulting in a vermouth base that will rest and refine for a few months, and then go on to bottling.

TASTING NOTES

- View: This vermouth is intense light straw yellow.

- Nose: Aromatically intense and very pleasant, with hints of sweet herbs such as: Star Anise, Marialuisa, Cinchona and Angelica. Balance and complexity in equal parts.

- Mouth: On the palate it is elegant, unctuous, fine and round. A slight sweetness and bitterness is perceived with a refined citrus final touch that gives it freshness and a splendid aftertaste that makes it very sweet.

- Pairing: Ideal to enjoy it alone or with an aperitif on the terrace.
