Harvest selected at the end of August, when the grapes are in their perfect state of ripeness. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature.

- Tasting sheet: Pale yellow, clean and bright color. With floral aromas, banana, pineapple a little green apple. In the mouth it is presented as a fresh wine, with a well-integrated acidity.

- Pairing: soft lunches or dinners such as pasta, rice or fish. It combines perfectly even with light meats. Highly recommended for starters.
