- View: the Malvasía variety has a yellow hue, clean and bright.

- Aromas: the Malvasia variety gives aromas of white flowers, such as almond or orange blossom. Also light fruity tones such as peach, pear or ripe apple. It even gives aromas of compote fruit, honey, white flower

- Palate: it is a complex wine in the mouth, with balanced acidity. Slight aftertaste sweetness.

- Pairing: soft lunches or dinners such as pasta, rice or fish. It combines perfectly even with light meats. Highly recommended for starters or desserts.
