Tasting sheet:

Pink color with grapefruit reflections. With aromas of medium ripe plum, strawberry and raspberry. In the mouth it is presented as a fresh, nervous, balanced wine, with well-integrated acidity. It has a long finish with a retronasal in which stone fruits predominate.

Pairing: soft lunches or dinners such as pasta, rice or fish. It combines perfectly even with light meats. Highly recommended for starters or desserts.
