Consumption temperature 12 – 14 Cº.

Tasting sheet: It has a clean and bright salmon color. On the nose it is a very fruity wine, with notes of red fruits, strawberries, currants, cherries and stone fruits, such as peach and apricot. In the mouth it is presented as a fresh, balanced wine, with a well-integrated acidity and an aftertaste of stone fruits (peach, apricot), with a mineral touch characteristic of our vineyards next to the Mediterranean Sea.

Pairing: soft lunches or dinners such as pasta, rice or fish. It combines perfectly even with light meats. Highly recommended for starters or desserts.
