Vinagrera Colomera is a small family winery headed by Biel Gornals, a passionate about agriculture and the world of oenology.

Vinagrera Colomera was born from continuous experimentation to obtain vinegars from the fruits of our crops in organic farming. 

Our 100% artisanal vinegars are made and packaged in our "celler" or micro-winery located in "Ca na Colomera", an old and charming nineteenth-century building in the centre of Porreres (Mallorca).

A vinegar of limited production from lemon wine. With "THE MOTHER". It stands out for its mild and pleasant citrus flavor. Ideal for salads, fish and even roasts. Enhancer of vinaigrettes and sauces such as mustard and mayonnaise. 

Shake before use. Store in a dry place away from light.
