The Mallorcan almond has extraordinary benefits.

In Mallorca the cultivation of the almond tree is rainfed and this means that the almonds of our island, receiving little water, have a higher concentration of nutrients, vitamins and antioxidants, as well as having a sweeter and more intense flavor.  

A handful of almonds a day helps prevent osteoporosis, reduces cholesterol, prevents diabetes and improves intestinal transit among other benefits.

Our main ingredient is the Mallorcan almond and, from it we are constantly researching and exploring new flavors and new products.

We have a selection of toasted almonds with curry, dried tomato and rosemary and paprika, which are a healthy and original appetizer, in addition to the traditional ones with sea salt and natural... 

We have launched a line of products called Mediterranean dukkah that consists of a mixture of Mallorcan almonds, seeds and roasted and crushed spices that serve to cook or give a final touch to any dish.
