The first rosé made in our winery was in the 50s and is an example of an ideal varietal diversity.

Made with the native Mallorcan varieties Mantonegro and Callet, this traditional rosé captivates with its vibrant pink colour and fresh, fruity aromas. Its balanced combination of refreshing flavours makes it the perfect accompaniment to Mediterranean dishes, fish and seafood. ELABORATION

The harvest of the varieties that compose it begins with the Temprani at the end of August and ends with the harvest of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety at the end of September, being normally the last red variety to be harvested.

The must is extracted very gently by automatic pressing and then maceration is carried out with the leaves for about 12 hours to extract the colour. After this process, fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15ºC in stainless steel tanks.

TASTING NOTES

Intense pink color. Clean and bright.

Intense fruity aroma, with hints of fruits such as strawberry and raspberry, with citrus and floral notes.

Fresh and balanced on the palate. Smooth and unctuous taste evolution, leaving sensations of fresh fruit and hints of ripe fruit. Long-lasting taste persistence.

SERVICE AND PAIRING

Serve between 4 and 6ºC.

Perfect to accompany seafood, fish, pasta dishes and white meats.
